1. Scope and applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, proposals and agreements between Cloud Integrate B.V. and its clients, and to the use of this website. Cloud Integrate B.V. works business-to-business: our services are directed at companies and organisations, not at consumers.
Where a signed engagement agreement or statement of work contains provisions that deviate from these general terms, the engagement-specific provisions prevail.

3. Offers and agreements
All offers and proposals are without obligation unless expressly stated otherwise. An agreement comes into being when both parties have confirmed it in writing. The scope, deliverables, fees and planning of an engagement are laid down in the engagement agreement or statement of work for that engagement.

The content of this website is provided for general information only and does not constitute advice. It is compiled with care, but no rights can be derived from it.

5. Liability
Cloud Integrate B.V. accepts no liability for indirect or consequential damage arising from the use of this website or reliance on its content. Liability under an engagement is governed by the limitations agreed in the engagement agreement for that engagement.
6. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, and every agreement to which they apply, are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
7. Changes to these terms
Cloud Integrate B.V. may amend these terms. The version published on this website at the time an offer is made or an agreement is entered into applies to that offer or agreement.
