Why this site exists
Most organisations exploring Claude right now are stuck between an impressive demo and a governed production system. The gap is rarely the model. It is scope that was never defined, data that cannot carry a decision, or governance that arrives as a veto after the fact rather than a design input from day one. We built this site, and the method behind it, to close exactly that gap.
