Claude implementation that reaches production.
Most enterprise Claude projects stall somewhere between a promising pilot and a governed production system. Not because the model falls short, but because the use case, the data foundation and the governance were never designed for production in the first place. Cloud Integrate is an official Anthropic partner with CCA-F certified consultants and a Salesforce Summit Partner: certified on the reasoning layer and on the record it works from. We build Claude deployments that are enterprise-grade under EU rules, because that is the only kind that survives contact with your CISO.
The pilots worked. Then they stopped.
Over the past two years almost every organisation ran the experiments: a copilot here, a chatbot there, a proof of concept that impressed in the demo and stalled in the meeting after. The pattern is consistent, and it is not a failure of the technology. Isolated experiments stall because they are isolated: disconnected from the record the business runs on, ungoverned, and owned by nobody. The question of this era is no longer what Claude can do. It is which number it has moved.
Two layers decide whether Claude creates value.
Every serious Claude deployment stands on the same two layers. Most stalled projects are missing one of them.
The reasoning layer.
Claude reads the situation, applies your policy, plans multi-step work and acts within the boundaries you set. This is where the intelligence lives, and where we are trained and certified as an official Anthropic partner.
The record layer.
The systems where your enterprise truth lives: customers, cases, contracts, entitlements. Reasoning without a trustworthy record produces confident answers about stale reality. As a Salesforce Summit Partner, this layer is where we have built for years.
The governance rail.
Audit, permissions, data handling and EU AI Act readiness, designed in from step one. Retrofitting governance costs more than designing it, and in regulated sectors it decides whether you ship at all.
Two people decide whether Claude goes anywhere in your organisation.
The person accountable for risk, and the person accountable for results. Both are right to be sceptical. Their questions, answered straight.
"Colleagues are already pasting company data into AI tools. Is that safe?"
It depends entirely on which account they are using, and that is fixable this quarter. On Anthropic's commercial tiers your data is contractually excluded from model training; on personal consumer accounts, training has been on by default since 2025. The fix is a governed workspace, not a ban.
Read the article"Won't token costs run away from us?"
Only unscoped projects have runaway costs. A first use case ships with a consumption ceiling agreed before anything is built, and actuals tracked against it from day one.
Get the playbook"Does it actually deliver value, or just impressive demos?"
It delivers when success is defined before the pilot: MIT found 95% of enterprise pilots show no measurable impact, almost always because nobody agreed what would move. One use case, one metric, measured in production.
Take the scan"Which use case should we start with?"
The boring one: frequent, bounded, countable. Not the most impressive demo. The scan scores your candidate in about three minutes.
Take the scan"How do we connect it to our data so it is genuinely useful?"
Through governed connections that respect the permissions you already maintain. Claude reasons over your records without copies or exports, and that is where the value concentrates.

From first use case to governed production.
Claude Enterprise Implementation
Use-case selection, architecture, rollout and adoption: the full deployment, run by senior consultants.
Claude + Salesforce Integration
Reasoning connected to the record: MCP into your platform data, permission-respecting by design.
MCP Server Development
Production-grade Model Context Protocol servers, built least-privilege, connecting Claude to any system with an endpoint.
AI Agent Development
Governed agents that take real actions with audit trails, human confirmation points and escalation paths.
Security & Governance
EU AI Act readiness, GDPR posture, data residency and the governance framework your board will ask about.
Training & Enablement
Hands-on workshops for teams and executive briefings for leadership, because adoption is designed, not hoped for.
Then you already own the hardest part.
The record layer is where most Claude projects go to die, and you already have one. Connecting Claude's reasoning to a governed Salesforce record is the shortest path from pilot to production value we know, and we are certified on both ends of that connection.
See how we connect the twoNew field. Old discipline.
Claude in the enterprise is new. Implementation discipline is not. We bring years of enterprise platform delivery to it: use cases identified by the number they should move, architecture designed before anything is configured, governance from step one, and adoption treated as part of the build rather than a hope at the end. Agentic AI already runs in production inside Salesforce environments we built and support. The method is published in full, because we would rather be judged on how we work than on who we name.
Read the method in the playbookSix questions. An honest read.
The Claude Readiness Scan maps your organisation on the two things that decide whether a deployment reaches production: the strength of your foundation and the clarity of your use case. Six questions, a drawn result, and a senior consultant's read within one working day.
Claude in the Enterprise: The EU Implementation Playbook.
The deployment method, the failure modes, the governance checklist and what the EU AI Act requires on the corrected 2026 to 2028 timeline, in one document written for European enterprises.
- Is Claude safe to use with proprietary company data?
- On Anthropic's commercial tiers, yes, by contract: Customer Content on Claude for Work (Team and Enterprise plans) and the API is excluded from model training, retention is configurable down to zero for the API, access runs through your own SSO, and activity is auditable. The real exposure in most organisations sits elsewhere: colleagues on personal consumer accounts, where training has been on by default since Anthropic's 2025 terms update. Governance closes that gap. Prohibition just hides it.
- Won't we spend too much on tokens?
- Runaway cost is a symptom of an unscoped project, not a property of the technology. A properly scoped first use case comes with a consumption model before anything is built: expected volume, cost per interaction, a monthly ceiling, and actuals tracked against it from week one. If a partner cannot show you that model before you sign, that is your answer.
- Does Claude actually deliver value in a corporate environment?
- It does when success is defined before the pilot starts, and that is precisely where most projects fail. MIT found 95% of enterprise AI pilots show no measurable impact, overwhelmingly for organisational reasons: no agreed metric, no owner, no path from demo to production. One use case, one number, one accountable owner. That is the entire difference.
- How do we choose the right first use case?
- Choose boring over impressive: a task that is frequent, bounded and countable, where before and after can be measured within weeks. The Readiness Scan scores your candidate use case on foundation and value clarity in about three minutes and tells you whether to build, sharpen the case, or wait.
- How do we connect Claude to our own data and systems?
- Through governed connections, built on the Model Context Protocol, that let Claude reason over your systems of record while respecting the permissions you already maintain. No exports, no copies, no shadow database, and a user can never see more through Claude than they could see directly. This is the step where Claude stops being a clever chatbot and becomes part of how work gets done.
Stop piloting. Start shipping.
A thirty-minute conversation with a senior consultant, not a sales sequence. Bring your stalled pilot or your blank page, either is a fine place to start.
