Claude + Salesforce

Reasoning, connected to the record.

Claude is the strongest reasoning layer available to the enterprise. Salesforce is where your commercial truth lives. Most organisations run them as two worlds: one team experiments, the other operates, and nothing durable crosses the gap. We connect them with the permission model intact, because that connection is where agentic value concentrates. Cloud Integrate is an official Anthropic partner and a Salesforce Summit Partner: certified on both ends of the wire.

The gap

Two systems, two teams, no bridge.

The pattern repeats across almost every organisation we meet. An innovation team runs impressive Claude experiments on exported data and pasted context. The operations team runs the business on Salesforce. Between them sits copy-paste, and copy-paste is not an integration: the experiments answer confidently about last month's reality, agents cannot see entitlements or sharing rules, and nothing they produce lands back in the record where work actually happens. The result is the stalled-pilot pattern this entire field now recognises. The fix is not a better prompt. It is a bridge built to enterprise standards.

What we build

A governed bridge, not a clever demo.

MCP servers into Salesforce.

Production Model Context Protocol servers that give Claude governed read and act access to your Salesforce data: records, cases, objects, entitlements. Least-privilege by design, so Claude sees exactly what the requesting user is allowed to see. Nothing more, nothing broader.

Agentforce orchestration with Claude reasoning.

Where Agentforce provides the operational rails inside Salesforce, we design the reasoning so agents plan, act and escalate inside the platform's trust boundary rather than around it. One architecture, both partnerships, no seams.

Use cases that move a number.

Dispute handling with full commercial context. Candidate engagement grounded in the live record. Case work that respects sharing rules while cutting handling time. We start where reasoning over your record changes a figure the business already tracks.

Governance from step one.

Audit trails, human confirmation points, GDPR posture and EU AI Act readiness designed in rather than retrofitted. In regulated sectors this is not the paperwork at the end. It is what decides whether you ship.

The route

The same route every serious deployment takes.

  1. Identify

Find the use case where reasoning over your record changes a business number. Not the flashiest demo: the decision your organisation makes a thousand times a week.

  2. Prove

A guided pilot on your real Salesforce data, success defined in business terms before anything is configured. Weeks, not quarters.

  3. Productionise

Permissions, audit trails, escalation paths and the change management that makes people trust what was built. Most implementations fail here. Ours are designed for it.

  4. Scale

From one agent to a governed portfolio, with performance monitoring and a pipeline of next use cases, so the value compounds instead of decaying.

Where this comes from

Years on the record layer. Certified on the reasoning layer.

We have spent years designing, building and running the Salesforce environments that carry real businesses: the permission models, the integration landscapes, the compliance regimes. That is the half of this work most Claude consultancies have never touched. The reasoning half we bring as an official Anthropic partner with CCA-F certified consultants, and agentic AI already runs in production inside Salesforce environments we built and support. The bridge between the two layers is not a theory to us. It is the day job.

Do we need Agentforce, or can Claude work with Salesforce directly?
Both are real routes. Direct integration through MCP gives Claude governed access to Salesforce data and actions; Agentforce adds Salesforce-native orchestration, channels and monitoring on top. Which is right depends on where your use case lives and who will operate it. We design and build both, and we will tell you honestly which one your case actually needs.
How does Claude access our Salesforce data safely?
Through a permission-respecting integration layer: Claude reads and acts under the requesting user's existing Salesforce rights, every action is logged and traceable to the record it touched, and your prompts, records and results are not used to train the models we deploy. That last point is a written condition in every architecture we design.
Where does our data live, and what about the GDPR?
We design for EU data-residency requirements and GDPR obligations from the first architecture session, not as a compliance pass at the end. For high-risk categories under the EU AI Act, the obligations that apply from December 2027 are mapped into the design itself.
How long before we see something working?
A guided pilot on your real record typically runs in weeks, not quarters, with success defined in business terms before anything is configured. The honest variable is not the technology. It is how quickly your use case and its owner can be pinned down, which is exactly what the Readiness Scan measures.

Connect the two layers.

Bring a stalled pilot, a use-case shortlist or a blank page. A senior consultant, certified on both platforms, gives you an honest read within one working day.
